What We Look For in a "Rookie":

  3. Sales Experience
  4. Real Estate Related Experience
  5. Their Network
  6. Coachable
What We Expect of Rookies:
  1. Take as much floor as possible
  2. Weekly Sales Meetings/Tour
  3. Weekly Education Sessions
  4. Weekly Coaching Sessions
  5. Master scripts and Systems
  6. Implement 21 Point Business Plan
  7. Talk to 50 people per week
  8. Weekly meeting with Managing Partner
  9. Work 60+ hours weekly
  10. Obtain GRI designation within first year of real estate

Results Rookies Can Expect:

  1. First Year - $100,000 GCI
  2. Second Year - $100,000 net income to Sales Partner
  3. Third Year - $150,000 net income to Sales Partner
  4. ** $1,000,000 investment portfolio within 10 years

          ** Must follow 3 step wealth system

        1.  Earn $150,000 net or more

        2.  Invest $30,000/year in retirement plan

        3.  Buy one property per year
