What We Expect of Rookies:
- Take as much floor as possible
- Weekly Sales Meetings/Tour
- Weekly Education Sessions
- Weekly Coaching Sessions
- Master scripts and Systems
- Implement 21 Point Business Plan
- Talk to 50 people per week
- Weekly meeting with Managing Partner
- Work 60+ hours weekly
- Obtain GRI designation within first year of real estate
Results Rookies Can Expect:
- First Year - $100,000 GCI
- Second Year - $100,000 net income to Sales Partner
- Third Year - $150,000 net income to Sales Partner
- ** $1,000,000 investment portfolio within 10 years
** Must follow 3 step wealth system
1. Earn $150,000 net or more
2. Invest $30,000/year in retirement plan
3. Buy one property per year
